Help prepare the event grounds, tents, signage, and activation areas before gates open.
Kids Zone
2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Supervise and engage children in the kids zone with games, activities, and fun for all ages.
Ticketing & Customer Service
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Welcome guests, assist with check-in, support VIP access, and help create an unforgettable experience.
Tear-Down & Clean-Up
10:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Assist with breakdown of tents, signage, and post-event clean-up to close out the day strong.
